Your IT infrastructure is critical to your business so when it fails you need to know that it can be repaired as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our hardware support contract can give you that peace of mind. Our field service technicians are available 24 hours a day to provide onsite support for your network Servers, PC's and printers whenever you need it.

What is Hardware Support?

For a fixed monthly fee, we provide all the parts and labour needed to repair any hardware fault on your IT equipment, Servers, Switches, PC's, Printers whatever it maybe.

We can provide a range of response options from 4 hour on-site, next business day or even a technical swap-out service. Hours of cover can vary from eight hours a day Monday to Friday through to full 24 hours a day seven days a week.

We hold a vast array of spare parts and swap-out equipment and with almost twenty years experience in the support of IT equipment can provide guaranteed fix times.

How it works

Once a contract is in place simply call our service team, our computerised call system will record all the details and provide a call reference, you then speak to one of our experienced service desk technicians who will assess the problem diagnose any parts required and then pass the call to a field service technician. They will then arrange to attend site and carry out the necessary repair work and replace any faulty parts. Our service management system will identify the equipment and inform the technician of any previous call history, or repeat calls as well as the response time and service requirements.

Ad-Hoc Support

In the event that you need support for equipment not currently on a contract we can provide an emergency call out service. Our call out service is available for £125 which covers travel to site and the first hour and costs £75 per hour thereafter. Out of normal office hours, these charges are £250 call out and £150 per hour. Parts will be charged additionally, but you will be given the cost before they are fitted. While we cannot guarantee a response or fix time for Ad-Hoc customers we can guarantee an excellent service.
