What is Network Management?

For a fixed monthly fee, we provide a complete IT service for your company. We provide a Helpdesk service for you users, we administer your servers, taking care of user administration, network security, back-up schedules and email problems. We will provide your internet support and deal with your ISP, administer your local LAN /WAN, add users and file shares, help install applications, check that AV is up to date and watch over your network 24 hours a day.

How it works

Once you decide to take a Network Management contract we will audit your network and identify any areas that require attention. Critical devices are set-up on our remote monitoring service, this will allow us to keep a check on your servers’ performance and alert our helpdesk of any potential problems, and these can then be acted on before they have an impact on your network. If you or your users do have a problem, simply call our service team and speak to one of our experienced service desk technicians who will assess the problem and where necessary guide you through setting up a remote access session.  In the event that it is a hardware fault a field service technician will attend site to make the repair and replace any faulty parts that may be required. In addition you will receive regular reports on server and network performance.

Helpdesk support

Our helpdesk is operated through-out normal office hours, for customers who need it we can provide the option of 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Helpdesk technicians receive alerts and updates on your server performance and can resolve the majority of these before they impact network performance. 

Active Server Monitoring

We continuously monitor your network, including servers and server applications such as MICROSOFT Exchange and SQL Server. This gives us a real-time view of your server and network infrastructure, including device availability, performance data and utilisation statistics. Often we can identify and resolve issues before they become serious problems. If it is critical to your business we can monitor it and let you know when it may have a problem.
