Pay-As-You-Go IT Support

For those companies who have invested it there IT systems that may be under warranty and have some IT experience in house an but want to know that they can get guaranteed support when they need it, we offer our Pay As You Go system. This allows you to purchase call out credits in advance and use them up on support calls when you need to.

What is Pay-As-You-Go Support?

Customers can purchase vouchers in blocks and use them for support issues when they are needed. Each voucher is worth 30 minutes of support and costs £45 and are purchased in blocks of 20. They can be used against support calls to our helpdesk, for remote assistance or for On-Site support. Each voucher gets 30 minutes of support and gets a contracted response, so a call to helpdesk support gets immediate access or on on-site call gets an eight hour response, unlike the best efforts response of none contract calls. Parts would be quoted for and charged in addition to the vouchers. The vouchers have no time limit so once purchased can be used whenever you wish. Vouchers can be used for project work, training or any other service which may not be covered by your support contract.

How it works

Once vouchers have been purchased you simply call our service team, our computerised call system will record all the details and provide a call reference, you then speak to one of our experienced service desk technicians who will assess the problem and identify the best way to resolve the fault. Our service management system will identify that this is a Pay As You Go support call and all time will be logged. Once the call is completed we will calculate the number of vouchers used and update you with the balance of support vouchers remaining. If you want to use a voucher for out of normal office hour's work, then each voucher is worth 15 minutes time.
