Log a Fault

To log a fault, simply complete the following form and a CEServices will contact you as soon as possible.

You will be contacted via the e-mail address or telephone number that you have supplied, and be issued with a 'fault log reference number'.

Please note that this service is monitored between our normal office hours of 9.00 am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

If you log a fault after 5.30pm using this system, you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity on the next working day.
